Don't you just love it all?!! I got a cool polaroid postcard, these earrings that I have been eyeing, lovely vintage fabric, a cool vintage sweater for the newest babycakies, and a polaroid pillow made by Fallon herself! Not to mention the packaging, which of course is the focus of this whole exchange... a dollhouse box, oh my! The girls are having so much fun having another dollhouse to play with. When you have two girls, there is no such thing as too many dollhouses or dolls...
I just knew from the beginning that someone who comes up with the famous suitcase pillows would be sending something terrific and it is Terrific with a capital T! Thank you so much Fallon, I (and my girls) absolutely love it all!!! I hope you like what we send you just as much as we love yours (if only one more thing would arrive and it would be on its way)!
It is so nice to encourage someone with a package just because. I think if more "just because" packages were passed around, this world would be a bit happier. Don't you think?
I challenge you to do a "just because" package this weekend. It would be fun. Maybe, you will have something to share with me on Monday if you did. I already have a friend in mind to give something to! See you on Monday...
p.s. True is in my pictures not because she came in the box, but because she was standing there trying to steal all my presents!
WOW! what fun!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! A package exchange. Tell me how this works, I love giving things I create away. For years an old friend would always get the "first" of a creation for either Christmas or her birthday. Love the suitcase pillow.
ReplyDeleteOh Ruby, I am so happy you enjoyed your package! I love hearing your girls are playing with the box, so sweet =) Thanks for being such a wonderful swap partner. I look so very forward to receiving your package!
ReplyDeletethis is such a great idea. i love every thing about it!
ReplyDeleteOh how lovely! I'm sending off my Lovely Package tomorrow and am so excited. This summer I started sending a lot more handmade and written letters and wee parcels and so enjoyed it. Even though postage from Dubai is a barrier I hope to do it more throughout the year.
ReplyDeleteLove!

Cutest thing to grace the internet since your husband dressed himself and your girlies in briefs for mommy's day :O) Seriously!
ReplyDeleteWow! You are a lucky girl!
ReplyDeleteI adore all those goodies!
ReplyDeleteHmm, Holga vs. Diana... I think they are fairly similar, though the Diana has more of a fish-eye, blurry effect along the edges of the picture. I suggest browsing Holga and Diana Flickr pools to see what type of image you like more, and go from there. Hope that helps!
oh my! so cute!!!!! love anything with houses!
ReplyDeleteOMG I cant stop drooling over this fantastic parcel. fantastic
ReplyDeleteWhat a great package! It all looks so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOH, I did this exchange. What a wonderful idea it is. I LOVE that your partner did a dollhouse box. That's incredible!

ReplyDeleteW-O-W!
ReplyDeleteI love this. And especially the dolls house. I was talking to my mother in law the other day about the fact that my daughter would love a dolls house, but lamenting the cost. I might just have to make one out of cardboard! It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeletei knew everyone would love it as much as i do! i am nervous about mine. really... this one will be so hard to top! i love my swap partner... she is just genius!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun indeed!! Love your blog!
ReplyDeleteI.

Jealous:)
I would have been happy with just the little cardboard house<3
Adorable. The box is my favorite part!! I guess I never grew up. Every Christmas morning our kids spend more time playing with the boxes/packaging than the toys!! Fondly, MaryLea (pink and green mama)
