Totally, worth it though since we can customize it and eliminate the dreaded MSG. Here's a tip: My husband substitutes MSG with a little sugar (brown, raw, whatever you prefer). It gives it the pinch of sweetness that the MSG gives to food without the harmful effects. They sell Pho spice packets ready to go in our supermarkets now so I just add water and beef. You could prob substitute even for lean chicken.
